Practical Business in age of 19 years old is the first business class of Mr. Saito when studied in Tokyo University. Be a founder of EOE (in the past, had some other companies) is desire to contribute his knowledge and experiences to support the integrating of business.

He has successfully handled the landmark deals or projects in Japan, Vietnam and international other wide (USA, China, France, England, Hong Kong), regularly advising the increasing issues of investors including advising the establishment of business model, business projects, policy and institutes, M&A and other strategic business planning.

He has experienced over 30 years of “business and investment consulting” “marketing strategic advisory”, especially focusing to Vietnam around 20 years.

Based on the professional work in Marketing, Strategy, Research, Legal affairs, Enterprise risk management, IT, Corporate finance, etc., he is currently conducting All-inclusive advisory related to Vietnam, in order to make and manage the projects which are both public and private, with the communication performance in Japanese, English and Vietnamese.
